- Age and Discounts: The park is recommended for children aged 5 and older. Kids aged 5 to 11 enjoy a 25% discount on the adult ticket price, with valid ID required at the ticket booths. Children over 4.5 ft tall but under 12 years must also provide ID to confirm their age.
- Activity Restrictions: Certain activities are not suitable for pregnant women or visitors with heart conditions, fear of heights, recent surgeries, back pain, or a tendency to dizziness.
- Zip-line Requirements: The zip-line activity requires a minimum height of 3.6 ft, a minimum weight of 88 lbs, and a maximum of 300 lbs. Harnesses can accommodate a waist circumference of up to 47 inches (120 cm) and leg circumference of 25 inches (65 cm). Visitors weighing over 250 lbs (115 kg) will be assessed to determine if the activity is safe. For children, the harness must fit properly, and they must meet the minimum height of 3.6 ft to participate.

- Toboganxote: Minimum height of 4.2 ft (1.30 m) and maximum weight of 300 lbs (136 kg). The maximum raft capacity is four people or 705 lbs (320 kg). Helmets are mandatory, and participants must know how to swim.
- Transportation: Transportation is available if added during the booking process.
- Smoking Policy: Grupo Xcaret adheres to government regulations by maintaining smoke-free and emission-free spaces. Designated smoking areas are available but restricted to adults and are off-limits to minors, pregnant women, senior citizens, and individuals with cardiovascular or respiratory conditions.

- Xplor Park activities are suitable for children aged 5 and up, provided they are accompanied by an adult at all times. For the zip-line activity, participants must be at least 3.6 feet tall and weigh a minimum of 88 pounds.
- Remember to wear a swimsuit, water shoes, and insect repellent, and pack a towel along with an extra set of clothes.
- Only use sunscreen and insect repellent that contain titanium dioxide and zinc oxide while in the park.
- If your visit includes transportation, double-check the pickup time and location in advance.
- Don’t forget to bring cash or a credit card for souvenirs or to purchase photos of your experience.
