Cancellation Policies for Private Tours
- Weather and Force Majeure Events: In cases of severe weather (e.g., strong winds, heavy rain) or unforeseen circumstances, such as other force majeure events, you can reschedule your tour or cancel for a full refund. Light rain or cloudy conditions will not warrant changes or refunds, and the tour will proceed as scheduled. Refunds will be provided only if rescheduling is not possible.
- Cancellations in Advance:
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the service will incur a 20% fee.
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the service will incur a 50% fee.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the service will incur a 100% fee (no refunds).
- Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made on the day of the tour or failure to arrive at the designated meeting point will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
- Missed Departures: No refunds will be issued if travelers miss the tour, transportation, or scheduled activities due to lateness or arriving at the wrong location.
- Cancellations for Packages: For bookings with multiple activities, cancellation fees vary by activity. If one activity is canceled, the completed activity will be charged at the regular rate before refunds are processed.
