- Cancellations made more than 4 days before the scheduled visit are eligible for a refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellation requests received 3 to 4 days before the scheduled visit are subject to supplier review and approval. Refunds during this period cannot be guaranteed.
- Cancellations made 2 days (48 hours) or less before the scheduled visit, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
- Guests may request to reschedule their visit with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to KUZÁ Park availability. Any change of date may be subject to a difference in the applicable rate.
- Optional activities and add-ons are non-refundable once confirmed, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.
- In the event of severe weather, hurricanes, strong winds, port closures, or other conditions affecting safe operations, KUZÁ Park may temporarily close or suspend certain activities. If an activity is suspended after the visit has begun due to weather or safety conditions, no partial refund will apply for the affected activity.
- If KUZÁ Park is unable to provide the booked experience prior to the guest’s arrival, Cancun Vacation Experts will assist with the rescheduling or refund options authorized by KUZÁ Park, according to the circumstances.
