Using the public transportation buses :
From hotels in the southern end of the hotel zone it can take up to 30 minutes.
From hotels in the north end of the hotel zone it can take from 15 to 20 Minutes.
From hotels in the middle of the hotel zone it can take from 5 to 10 minutes.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations Made at Least 24 Hours in Advance: Receive a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour’s scheduled departure time.
- Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made on the same day as the tour or failure to arrive on time at the meeting point will result in a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided in these cases.
- Missed Departures: No refunds will be issued if travelers miss the tour, transportation, or scheduled activities due to lateness or arriving at the wrong location.
- Force Majeure or Weather-Related Cancellations: In cases of unforeseen events, such as bad weather or other force majeure situations, the tour may be rescheduled based on availability. Refunds may be offered if rescheduling is not possible.
- Cancellations for Packages: For bookings that include two or more activities, cancellation fees will vary based on the specific policies of each included activity. If one activity is canceled, the cost of the completed activity will be charged at the regular rate before processing any refund. Refunds will be adjusted accordingly.
