- Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time are fully refundable (100%).
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service are non-refundable. - No Show
If passengers do not present themselves at the confirmed meeting point or are not ready at the scheduled pickup time, the service will be considered used and non-refundable, for both arrival and departure transfers. - Children & Infants
All passengers, including children and infants, occupy a seat and are charged the same transfer rate.
Infant or child seats are available upon request and subject to availability. - Hotel Location
Cancun and Riviera Maya extend over more than 130 km, therefore it is important to provide the correct hotel name and the zone where it is located (Cancun Hotel Zone, Costa Mujeres, Playa Mujeres, Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya, etc.).
Please note that many hotels have very similar names across different areas, so we kindly recommend double-checking the exact property and zone to avoid delays or additional charges.
If the hotel is located outside the standard service zone, an additional fee may apply depending on distance. - Rates
All rates are based on U.S. dollars (USD). Final charge may vary depending on exchange rate or selected payment method. - Flight Information
Passengers must provide accurate flight details. Arrival times are monitored to adjust pickup timing in case of airline delays. - Waiting Time
For arrivals, reasonable waiting time is included to allow for immigration procedures and baggage claim.
For departures, passengers must be ready at the confirmed pickup time to avoid service delays. - Luggage
Standard luggage allowance per passenger is included. Oversized or additional luggage must be informed in advance to ensure the appropriate vehicle assignment. - Private Service
