- Cancellations made more than 4 days before the scheduled visit are eligible for a refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellation requests received 3 to 4 days before the scheduled visit are subject to supplier review and approval. Refunds during this period cannot be guaranteed.
- Cancellations made 2 days (48 hours) or less before the scheduled visit, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
- Guests may request to reschedule their visit with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to KUZÁ Park availability. Any change of date may be subject to a difference in the applicable rate.
- Optional activities and add-ons are non-refundable once confirmed, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.
